How It Works

1. Get in touch
Send us a message with the form below and we’ll arrange a short call to learn more about your business, your client base, and how we can best support you.

2. Register
If you’d like to go ahead, we’ll get you set up on our system, explain our processes in more detail and learn how best to work together.

3. Placements
Use our simple Care Placement Summary to outline your client’s requirements, preferences, and priorities.

4. Your Shortlist
We’ll handpick a small selection of carers who are available, interested, and personally suited to the placement.

5. Introductory Call
We’ll set up a personal introduction call or video call between you and your preferred carer. You can find out more about them and they can find out more about the placement and your client’s needs.

6. Agreement
We’ll facilitate a signed Care Placement Agreement between you and your chosen carer. This set out all the key details of the placement so you both have full transparency and clarity from the outset.

You can trust that every carer we introduce has already been through a detailed onboarding process with us.
This includes interviews, DBS and right-to-work checks, and up-to-date training reviews. We only introduce carers who meet the high standards we’d want for our own families.

Kindwell’s fee structure is straightforward; a one-off introduction fee when a placement begins, and a small daily fee while the carer remains in placement. There are no hidden costs, or long-term commitments.
