We supply a shortlist of candidates who are available, interested and match your requirements. You tell us who you'd like to be introduced to.
2. Care Placement
Use our bespoke Care Placement Summary to outline your needs so we can find you the best match for your client.
4. Personal Introduction
We personally introduce you to the live-in care worker, by phone or video call. If you're a match, we put a Care Placement Agreement in place for you.
READY TO GO
We conduct in-depth interviews, check the care worker's DBS, right to work and where required, that they are registered for self-assessment. We also make sure mandatory training is completed and up-to-date.
Kindwell has a simple fee structure; a small one-off fee payable on successful introduction and a daily fee when they are on placement with you. There are no other monthly costs, membership or registration fees. Please get in touch to discuss our current rates.
